Getting colleagues to work with AI: one-on-one onboarding, skills, the AI Guild, and plans for AI Day and a pilot.
What I did
- One-on-one AI onboarding with Jonny Brankin, Claas Cassens, Vasili Karaev, Denis Bratchikov, Degi Purevkhuu and Andrey Enavin
- Helped Skye turn her Claude project into a skill; pushed for the people directory skill (built by Laura)
- Audited the AI Guild and pushed it to get moving; took two policy action items
- Started #ai-adoption; company walkthrough of Claude tooling
- AI Day plan with Denis, AI pilot design for senior devs, AI workshop plan for Kittl week
Effort
No code. The effort was sessions, setups and docs.
