Apps promotion in the editor
How users find apps inside the editor: tooltip, More menu, featured apps, discover order, icons and the upload modal.
What I did
- One-time intro tooltip on Apps in the left toolbar
- More menu, the customizable left toolbar where apps live
- Ten featured apps on the Your apps tab
- Discover order based on 11 weeks of usage data
- Monochrome rail icons for every app
- Apps inside the upload modal: Google Drive, Dropbox, Printful, Printify, Meta Ads, Shopify, Pinterest and WooCommerce
- Row of apps under the export buttons (PR open)
- Per-app flags, so apps waiting on approval stay hidden
