Monotype launch

Joint launch with Monotype for the Monotype Connect app, with press release, blog, tutorial and landing page.

What I did

• Reviewed Monotype's app twice and sent the fixes needed before launch
• Agreed the launch offer with Nico and wrote the cross-team launch plan
• App live Jul 30, joint launch Aug 5
